Terms of service
These terms govern your use of this website and your purchases from Reef King Cartel ("RKC", "we"). By placing an order you accept them.
1. Who we are
Reef King Cartel is the trading name of Erika Ruiz Valencia, sole trader registered in Spain, NIE Z2982736D, with registered address at Paseo Reina Sofía 6D, 50196 La Muela (Zaragoza), Spain. Contact: hello@reefkingcartel.com or WhatsApp +34 745 08 40 67 (messages only).
2. Products
Live corals are natural organisms: coloration and shape vary with lighting, water chemistry and time. Listings marked WYSIWYG ("What You See Is What You Get") show the exact specimen you will receive. Other listings use representative photos.
3. Orders
Your order is an offer to purchase. It is accepted when we send the order confirmation email. We may cancel and refund an order in full where stock, payment, address issues or animal-welfare reasons (such as a weather hold you decline) prevent us from fulfilling it safely.
4. Prices & payment
Prices are shown in euros (€) and include VAT where applicable. Available payment methods are shown at checkout. Shipping costs are detailed on the Shipping page.
5. Shipping & delivery
Livestock ships Monday–Wednesday by express courier within mainland Spain; islands are arranged case by case. We may hold a shipment for extreme weather to protect the animals — we'll email you first. Full details on the Shipping page. Risk in the products passes to you on delivery.
6. Live Arrival Guarantee & returns
Live corals are covered by our Live Arrival Guarantee and, as perishable goods, are excluded from the 14-day right of withdrawal. Equipment can be returned under the conditions in our Refund Policy.
7. Your aquarium, your care
Keeping corals requires suitable equipment, stable water parameters and proper acclimation (see our Acclimation Guide). Once a coral has been successfully delivered and acclimated, its ongoing health is your responsibility.
8. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights under Spanish and EU consumer law. Beyond those rights, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
9. Intellectual property
The content of this site (text, photography, branding) belongs to RKC and may not be reproduced without permission.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute will be submitted to the courts corresponding to the consumer's domicile in Spain.
11. Changes
We may update these terms; the version published at the time of your order applies to it.
