Shipping

We ship livestock fast and carefully, because time in transit is stress for a coral.

How we ship

• Nacex — next-business-day delivery within mainland Spain. Corals travel in an insulated box with heat or cold packs as the weather requires.
• We ship Monday to Wednesday only, so nothing sits in a depot over the weekend.
• Order by Sunday 11:59 pm to go out the following Tuesday.

Rates

• Flat €14.95 per shipment, or free over €150.
• Local pickup available in La Muela, Zaragoza — choose it at checkout.

Where we ship

• Mainland Spain — next-business-day with Nacex.
• Balearic and Canary Islands — email us first; transit times and customs differ, so we arrange these case by case.

Weather holds

If it's extremely hot or cold along the route, we may hold your order until it's safe to ship, to protect your livestock. We'll email you first — and you can request a hold yourself.

Receiving your order

• Someone should be available to receive the box — it's marked Live Animals.
• Don't let it sit outside in extreme temperatures.
