FAQ

How are corals shipped?

Next-business-day with Nacex in an insulated box, with heat or cold packs as needed. See Shipping.

When will my order ship?

We ship Monday to Wednesday to avoid weekend transit. Order by Sunday 11:59 pm for Tuesday shipping.

What if my coral arrives dead or damaged?

You're covered by our Live Arrival Guarantee — contact us within 2 hours of delivery with photos.

Do you quarantine your corals?

Yes — we observe every coral in our own systems before it's listed, so what reaches you is settled and feeding.

Are your corals aquacultured or wild?

A mix of both — some are aquacultured frags grown out in our systems, and others come to us directly from farms in Indonesia.

What size are the frags?

Frags are mounted on frag plugs or discs, and the size is shown on each listing. Colony sizes vary — see the individual product page.

What does WYSIWYG mean?

“What You See Is What You Get” — for WYSIWYG listings you receive the exact coral in the photo, not a similar one.

Do you ship to my area?

We ship across mainland Spain with next-business-day Nacex. For the Balearic and Canary Islands, email us first — transit times and customs differ.

What if I'm not home for delivery?

Someone should receive the box promptly. Packages left in extreme heat or cold, or delayed by a wrong address, aren't covered — see Live Arrival Guarantee.

How do I acclimate my new coral?

Follow our Acclimation Guide.

What's your return policy?

Live corals can't be returned once acclimated. Arrival issues are handled through our Live Arrival Guarantee.
